The builder promised that after paying the price of the shop, which is Rs 35 lakh, he would pay Rs 30 thousand per month as rent and then he would hand over the possession of the shop to them. When the woman went to meet the builder Hasmukh Mirolia and talked about her shop, the matter escalated after a heated argument and he started attacking the woman with an iron rod.
