Woman attacked by iron road

The woman who bought the shop in her husband’s name in the Ayodhya textile mall project approached the builder to make a representation. The builder promised that after paying the price of the shop, which is Rs 35 lakh, he would pay Rs 30 thousand per month as rent and then he would hand over the possession of the shop to them. When the woman went to meet the builder Hasmukh Mirolia and talked about her shop, the matter escalated after a heated argument and he started attacking the woman with an iron rod.

The woman lodged a complaint

Rashmiben Dhamelia said that it was her partner who told us to talk to builder Hasmukh. When we went to talk, the builder started talking nonsense like you don’t have any shop and you haven’t paid any money. Then suddenly started attacking me fiercely. He also started attacking another elder who was with me.Even after a year and a half or two, he has not handed over the possession of our shop to us. In this regard, I went to meet the builder Hasmukh Mirolia and during that time I was assaulted for which I filed a complaint in the Pune Police Station.
